Meet the new Alexa. After 10 years as a voice assistant and household companion, Alexa continues to evolve, yet still grounded in customer-first innovation, personalization, and delight. Today, it sits at the center of a home experience that’s become more effortless and connected over time. Now, powered by major advances in AI with the introduction of Alexa+, this next wave of devices and features is designed to feel more ambient, intuitive, and responsive in everyday life.
Over the past few years, I’ve partnered with the team to help define the Alexa+ brand by developing its visual language, design system, and a range of creative deliverables that brought the experience to life.
Helping establish the design foundation, visual language, and brand guidelines for Alexa+, I translated the experience into the .com landing page and carried the new Alexa story through to the New York launch event as a cohesive digital-to-physical rollout. Across both, the focus was on clear storytelling, premium craft, and consistency in the moments that mattered.
